The Text
It Is the duty of every Muslim: man, woman, grown up and young to read the one hundred and fourteen Sura-Holy Quran, each according to the capabilities one has. Similarly, it is the right of every Muslim; man. woman, grown up and young to read The Holy Quran, each according to the needs one has; taking into consideration that the needs are too endless to count: all strive to attain to peace of mind and heart Mid paychological balance to be In harmony with other individuate and group . Through reading The Holy Quran and the accurate and truthful application of all The Quranic Verses that call for Monotheism, complete Faith and the genuine and comprehensive Righteousness, saving Righteous Pious and Faithful Muslims from injustice, disbelief, aberrance and suspicion.

أنة لمن الواجب على كل مسلم : رجل و امرأة كبير و صغير أن يقرا سور القران الكريم المائه والأربعون كل حسب قدراته . وبالمثل فأنة حق لكل مسلم : رجل و امرأة كبير و صغير أن يقرا سور القران الكريم حسب حاجته اخذين في الاعتبار إن الحاجات لا يمكن حصرها . فالجميع يجتهد ليدرك راحة البال والقلب والتوازن النفسي ليكون في انسجام مع الجماعات والأفراد الآخرين. ,من خلال قراءة القران الكريم وتطبيق كل اياتة التي تدعو إلى التوحيد و الأيمان الكامل و البر الشامل و تنقذ المسلم المؤمن التقي الصالح من الظلم ، الكفر، الضلال و الشك.

It is in reading The Holy Quran that both the duty and the right meet; since reading The Holy Quran Is the Sublime ;Field where all souls are nourished, revived and revitalized and all bodies arc purified frdm faults, sins and the material stains that impede the progressive procession of life along the path of right, light, virtues, values, peace, peacefulness, meekness, tolerance and Righteousness. Thereupon, Muslims should be careful enough to keep on reading The Holy Quran to have themselves restored to themselves and to have their souls revitalized and their bodies purified, looking forward to having Paradise and The Pleasure Of Allah (Glory be to Him).

يجتمع كلمن الحق والواجب في قراءة القران الكريم أذ أن قراءة القران الكريم تعد المجال السامي حيث يتم تغذية وانتعاش وإعادة إحياء سائر الأرواح ويتم تطهير سائر الأجساد من الخاطايا والذنوب والبقع المادية التي تعوق المسار التقدمي للحياة على طول طريق الحق والنور والفضائل والقيم السامية والمسالمة والوداعة والتسامح والبر. وعلية فيجب على المسلمين الحرص الكافي على استمرارية قراءة القران لاستعادة أنفسهم لأنفسهم ولإعادة إحياء أرواحهم وتطهير أجسادهم متطلعين لحوز الجنة ورضوان الله سبحانه وتعالى. .

Not only should The Holy Quran be approached as the Seal Heavenly Scripture revealed to the Seal Prophet and Apostle Muhammad (peace be upon him), but also as the Sublime Container of all values, principles and teachings of islam. ان مثل هذة القيم و المبادىء والتعاليم المرفوعة بسمو والمنارة بتألق هي التي تشكل كيان وجوهر وكينونة المسلم المؤمن الحق الصالح التقي. علاوة على هذا فان هذة المجموعة الفريدة هي التي تتوج المسلمين المؤمنين الحق الصالحين الأتقياء بهالات نورانية وتقوي قلوبهم روحيا ونورانيا وتمدهم بأصدق وأنقى وقود خالي من التلوث وهذا يؤكد على موكب المؤمنين قدما للامام بخطى ثابتة بهداية ونور وبدون اى اثر للضلال ن الفشل خيبة الآمل الإحباط الاكتئاب السكون والإعاقة .

Thereupon, it Is the duty of every Muslim to recite The Holy Quran thoughtfully and medltatingly not through a general bird's eye view; since both the form and the content need contemplation, to have as almful access to The HolyQuran, the real meanings and the genuine alms of The Quranic Verses.
Hence, it is through the thorough and Intensive meditation of all The Quranic Verses that the meanings of The Holy Quran are approached and consequently the genuine aims are unveiled, drawing a lustrous outline of all the Sublime virtues, values, principles, teachings and concepts that collectively ensure Muslims' happiness, harmony and peaceful coexistence with others.

انه واجب على كل مسلم ان يقرا القران الكريم بتفكر وتدبر وليس بنظرة تحليقيه عامة : لان كل من الشكل والمحتوى القرآني يحتاج لتأمل لنصل إلى اقتراب هادف من القران الكريم ومعانية الحقيقية والأهداف الأصلية للايات القرانيه.
ومن ثم فانه من خلال التأمل الشامل المركز لكل الآيات القرآنية ندرك معاني القران الكريم وبالتالي تنكشف المعاني الحقيقية لترسم إطارا منيرا لكل المبادىء والقيم والفضائل والتعاليم السامية التي تؤكد جميعها على سعادة المسلم وانسجامه وتعايشه السلمي مع الآخرين.

It fs through such a deep understanding of The Holy Quran that a Muslim regains his peace of mind and heart and leads a happy, balanced and conflict-free life; since The Holy Quran calls for Faith, right, justice, equality, love. peace, peacefulness. tolerance, togetherness, solidarity. collectlveness and altruism and fights disbelief, aberrance. injustice, hatred, spleen, grudge, fanaticism, self-love,selfishness - to gain Paradise and The Pleasure OfAUah (Glory be to Hun).

انه من خلال الفهم الشامل الدقيق لآيات القران الكريم فان قلب المسلم وروحه و نفسه تغذى نورانيا و روحينا. علاوة على هذا فمن خلالا الفهم العميق لآيات القران الكريم فان المسلم يسترد راحة و القلب ويعيش حياه سعيدة متوازنة خالية من الصراع لان القران الكريم يدعوا الى الإيمان ، الحق ، العدل، المساواة ، المحبة المسلمة، التسامح،التضامن ، الشمولية و الإيثار . كما انه يحارب الكفر ، الضلال، الظلم ، الحق، الكراهية، الضغينة، التعصب ن حب الذات و الأنانية لينال المسلم الجنة ورضا الله سبحانة وتعالى.
